About this house rental
Immaculate and recently renovated lakefront home. Very Large waterfront paver patio with steps down to dock which lead you into the sandy bottom lake. Look out the window from the living room and feel like you are on the West Coast watching an incredible ocean view sunsets.
This is the perfect luxurious house for a wonderful family vacation, with the ability to walk 500 feet into the lake without the water going far above your knees. Most families chose to bring out a few chairs and have a water picnic with the kids, or to simply have a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset from your water throne.
Local Beach attractions include a family amusement park, a multitude of restuarants and beach bars, a variety of beach and antique shops, and the local village park (with regularly scheduled entertainment) as well as the canal and the pier. The house is approximately 15 minutes from Turning Stone Casino, The casino has 2 PGA golf courses, 5 exceptional restaurants, 4 evening venues, and live performances throughout the year.
During summer season we rent a minimum of Seven Nights.
Check in is at 4 pm / Check out is at 11 am on Saturdays.

The house and property were amazing. Sunsets are just beautiful and the patio area is fantastic. The layout is very nice and the views are perfect. It is on the water so be prepared for bugs when you are outside. Close to sylvan beach but far enough away that it is very peaceful. We loved our stay!

The bugs including spiders were everywhere...inside & out.We dealt with the bee's which were an issue for the entire townwe made the most of the long weekend.

Nice relaxing place to stay during the crazy busy Syracuse grad weekend. If it did not rain all weekend it would have been 100% more enjoyable out on that lovely deck.

I have rented this property before and some friends wanted to return with me for a relaxing visit. We loved the fantastic view of the lake and found some delicious restaurants still open. The fall foilage was beautiful. The house was in great shape and stocked with everything we needed. I found the owners to be quickly responsive to a question I had, just like in the past. I really appreciate being able to reach you so easily, Adam and Glen. Hope to return to your amazing house in the future.
