Great location. Very walkable and in a pleasant neighborhood. Included parking space. Nice extras such as bikes and kayaks. Quiet yard to sit and relax or eat a meal. Very uniquely designed house. Washer and dryer an appreciated feature.
Carpet was very stained and dirty. Sofa sleeper not very comfortable. I felt it was expensive but realize you pay for location.

- Location is 10ish minutes walkable to kings beach
- Quite neighbourhood
- Very easy to check-in, keyless entry, good and clear communications from hosts.
- This cottage has quite strong smell (kind of their room scent maybe?), our family didn't feel comfortable with it.
- We traveled in mid June, lots of pollen. So, outside of home is unusual for us
- Probably comfortable for three people (not more, even for 4th person is not great). (I guess thats already mentioned in description to use sofa downstairs)
- House is quite packed with furnitures and its okay-ish clean as there are dusts deposited around staircase, etc.. so with kids/toddlers its not great.
