The pictures are accurate, place was good for 8 people. Lots of games and hot tub was good, easy to access with secure parking.
Minor issues - for 3 days/nights there should be more than 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for 8 people. Place was not spotless. Some kitchenware slightly grubby but was overall acceptable for us.

We didn't stay in #56 Stones Throw because when we arrived there was dirty linen in the doorway and the property hadn't been cleaned or prepared for our arrival. I contacted Bear Country to inform them of this and they were very apologetic and immediately sorted the situation and moved us to #31 Echo Landing, which was a very nice property and is to be recommended.
To receive the access code for the property Bear Country text a link to complete a pre-arrival check-in. The text requests completion of a form and requires a scan of your driving licence or passport. Only after this had been verified is the access code provided. Coming from the UK meant I didn't have roaming on my phone, as it was too expensive, this meant that whilst travelling to Sun Peaks I had to find free internet to be able to get my access code. This was very stressful.
