Im Nu ist man am Meer oder in der Fußgängerzone. Das gleicht den Blick aus dem Fenster des Zimmers auf das Hochhaus dahinter und auf den Parkplatz ein bischen aus. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist recht klein und etwas unpraktisch bestückt aber ausreichend.
