We’ve been a few times and love the layout and decor. It’s high quality vs. many we’ve villas we’ve experienced in Moraira, hence we come back
The downstairs outside toilet is flooded by the outdoor shower, we did give this feedback a year ago but nothing has improved. Also the pool wasn’t cleaned at all while we’re were there for a week, it was dirty when we arrived and the water was too low by the end of our stay. We were in every day so didn’t miss a cleaner coming.

Villa had everything you could want and was spotless. Easy to walk to numerous restaurants, shops and a small beach. Also not a bad walk into Moraira.
