The house is situated in a small Istrian village named Ružići with astonishing view of vineyards and the breathtaking Učka mountain, giving to the guests a unique holiday experience. This charmingly house is located in a peaceful area surrounded with spacious green garden, charming swimming pool area and big comfortable terrace.
The house is newly built and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area, dining room and kitchen. The house is spacious and illuminated because of the big windows, providing sun through all day. Commodious dining and living area are positioned in the front part of the house, where guests have plenty of space for cooking, gathering and entertaining. Kitchen area is consisted of a large cooking surface with ample sink, dishwasher, water purification filter (providing fresh filtered water), oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen hood and with all needed kitchen appliances and utensils. In the dining area is a spacious wooden table with six chairs. The living room area is consisted of big comfortable sofa, large television with satellite programs, ideal for kids playing or just family lounging and relaxing. The first bedroom has king size bed (1.60 m width), nightstands, large wardrobe and television with satellite programs. This bedroom has also covered terrace which offers a magnificent view of the trees and the forest. Second bedroom has queen size bed (1.40 m width), wardrobe, television with satellite programs and has a beautiful open view to the Učka mountain. Third bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m width), nightstands, a large wardrobe and it also has a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. In the middle of the house is a big and spacious hall which has a big wardrobe and ironing table and clothes drying stand. The bathroom is consisted of a shower cubicle, WC, washbasin, mirror, bidet, cupboard and washing machine. The toilet consists of washbasin and wc.
Outside of the house is spacious terrace with big wooden table and chairs for resting, relaxing or enjoying the wonderful view. In the outdoor is placed a swimming pool, in front of which is placed a "pebbled beach" with deckchairs and sun umbrella where guests can chill, catch the sun and enjoy in the swimming pool. Also in the outdoor, behind the house, on the big green area are swings, seesaw, trampoline and badminton net , ideal for kids playing. There is a large green area for kids to play football or any games they like.
Cycling fans can explore the amazing countryside on a bike and those who like trips there are many interesting places to visit nearby. Those who love walking and hiking, they can visit mountain Učka and enjoy all the beauty of nature. The city Labin is 8 km away from house where can guests buy groceries or just explore the city. Also, the old town of Labin it's very interesting with numerous cultural attractions, churches, Museum and breathtaking view on sea and nature. Near city of Labin is situated Rabac, a tourist place with beautiful beaches and clear sea with various restaurants, bars, shops and many interesting places with different sights. For those who love sea and rocks, there are peaceful places like Ravni, Duga Luka, Tunarica, where can enjoy swimming, walking on the rocks and in the woods.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümerin Sara ist eine sehr nette und liebe Vermieterin die sich sehr gut um Ihre Kunden kümmert. Ich kann dieses Objekt wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Das Haus und der Außenbereich waren außerordentlich gepflegt und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen für Urlauber, die ländliche Ruhe suchen. Uns fehlte nur eins: eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Ansonsten ist alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub mit Kindern vorhanden.

Im großen Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Die Regeln, die uns am Anfang aufgezählt wurden, waren jedoch sehr störend. Das heiße Wasser im Bad musste nämlich vor dem Duschen immer erst erhitzt werden, was spontanes warmes Duschen nicht möglich macht. Der Pool ist eigentlich nur für sanftes Schwimmen gedacht, da das Wasser sonst aus dem Pool rausfließt und die Pumpe kaputt machen könnte. Das heißt, dass das Toben der Kinder eigentlich nicht erwünscht ist. Wieso vermietet man dann das Haus überhaupt. Da wir eher Poolmenschen sind, haben wir den etwas weiteren Weg zum Strand in Kauf genommen. Aber so??? Die Klimaanlage ist so angebracht, dass sie nur das Wohnzimmer kühlt. Die Schlafräume sind bei den Temperaturen im Sommer schon sehr heiß. Es gab noch eine Klimaanlage im Bad, die aber nicht genutzt werden durfte. Das Haus war sehr sauber, aber sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Der Gefrierschrank ist sehr klein. Die Reinigung des Pools und die Pflege des Gartens war in der einen Woche gegen 18.00 Uhr und in der anderen gegen 10.00 Uhr. Das sind unserer Meinung Zeiten, die sehr störend sind. Zwei mal wurde der Rasen gemäht, wobei wir hier gefragt wurden, ob dies ok ist. Das eine Mal haben wir gerade gefrühstückt, und da war es ziemlich störend. Wir haben schon ein paar Häuser für unsere Urlaube gebucht, aber so primitiv war keins und vor allem gab es nirgendwo so viele Regeln. Die Besitzer haben versucht freundlich zu sein, man hatte aber immer das Gefühl, etwas falsch zu machen. Wir haben alle Bewertungen zu dem Haus gelesen, im Endeffekt können wir diese aber überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.
