Newly Renovated Garden View 1 bed, 1 bath at Sanibel Moorings #241

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The key entry worked great! Colorful decor set the mood for a fun and relaxing approach to Sanibel and the beach. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We relaxed and enjoyed the condo! A journal of previous guests and their ideas about restaurants were very helpful! Kudos to the owners/managers for this personal touch. Access to the beach was easy, but walking in the sand, carrying our beach chairs was difficult. Thanks for the umbrellas already there, why not put the chairs there also?The step down to the lanai was awkward, causing us to almost stumble. The mosquitos were everywhere. Each time we went in or out they were waiting for fresh meat!I sprayed OFF around our door as we came and went.Staying at Sanibel Moorings was a plus, mostly because of the cleanliness of the condo and the staff. They were working to solve our TV issues and were friendly and competent.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The check in process was easy. I love that the office checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. The beach is about a 1 minute walk from the condo. Bring your own beach towels or you can rent them at the office. Everyone was so friendly. The umbrellas and chairs are set up every morning at no cost, but are first come first serve. The beach was clean and beautiful! Will stay here again!
