Private lake-front cabin resides on an open cove.
This redecorated private lake-front cabin resides on an open cove (1-mile marker of the Gravois Arm) and is a favorite for many of our family vacationers. The property includes q grassy yard, a terraced shade garden, shade trees and a private dock.
The open floor plan includes the living room with sofa sleeper (full size) and flat screen TV , dining area for 6, built in desk, kitchen, laundry room, and full bath with a walk in shower. Two bedrooms both with queen size beds and access to two concrete patios. This private family home comfortably sleeps 6.
This lake front property is shaded with several full size trees. Guests enjoy relaxing on one of the two patios and taking advantage of the covered dock. Guests can rent the on-site boat slip (10' X 24') for $10 per day.
The 900 square foot cabin includes air conditioning, TV, DVD, WIFI, gas grill, all bedding, bath towels, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator (with an ice maker). Other features include weekly trash pick-up, and open parking for up 4 vehicles.
This property provides guests with a quiet retreat that is close to lake activities and offers excellent fishing and boating for any vacationer. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This was the perfect spot for us. Brought our boat and two dogs. Was nice to have the dock, however we wished that there were cleats for tying up on both sides of the slip. Plenty of kitchen utensils and pans to use. Listing did say that there was a dishwasher - this was not true. Neighbors were nice and gave some recommendations for where to put the boat in. Nice to have grass for the dogs. Great location to a lot of restaurants and coves. Very happy with our stay, the property and the communication with Sherry. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a peaceful week at Roger's cabin, enjoying the sunrises over the lake and evenings on the deck in the last warm days of fall.

Enjoyed the deck and dock very much; especially the short walk to the dock. House amenities were dated and well used, but in working order. Could’ve been cleaner. Furniture was dusty, cobwebs in doorways and windows, bath mat in shower had mold on underside (shower walls/floor were clean). We were unable to adjust thermostat even though instructions from host said guests could. Reached out to host about it; never heard back. Cove was quiet of boat traffic. We would have preferred a location closer to things to do. Neighborhood was quiet.
