Each villa, studio, and apartment are equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property features a Life Fitness gym, swimming pools, numerous fruit-bearing trees, a vegetable farm, outdoor dining areas, BBQ grills, and many other amenities.
The Space:
Silk Cotton is an exquisite collection of villas, studios and apartments. They are all very spacious and well-appointed homes set among manicured lush tropical gardens. Each unit is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home.
Amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, FREE basic cable television, air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pools, beach/pool towels, BBQ grill, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.
Silk Cotton is located in the upper middle-class neighborhood known as Montague Heights. Montague Heights is the neighborhood with Montague Beach, and Silk Cotton is about 3 blocks from the beach. Also, just a short two blocks away is the Harbour Bay Shopping Center with food store, liquor store, bank, Starbucks, Domino's Pizza, Subway Sandwiches, Lowe’s Pharmacy, Day Spa and many necessary stores.

Housekeeping Services
All guests pay a one-time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen every other day during your stay for personal use.
If you require housekeeping services, please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.

This rental more than met our expectations. We visited with our two college-aged sons for 9 nights and had a wonderful stay. The rental has spacious rooms and large bedroom closets. The beds were very comfortable with high quality mattresses. We took advantage of the kitchen and prepared our own meals. It's an easy walk to Fresh Market grocery store which was a huge help for picking up supplies. Yulino, the property manager was super helpful. He introduced himself the day we arrived and helped us arrange transportation. He even brought over a can opener when I called to say there wasn't one in the unit. The onsite pools were a wonderful way to cool off. One negative comment is that the water pressure in the showers wasn't very strong, however that's the only critique of this fabulous rental. I would return to stay in this unit again.

This is our second stay at Silk Cotton Villas this year. We truly enjoy the hidden oasis inside this gated resort. The grounds are outstanding, tropical and relaxing. The hibiscus and fruit trees were in bloom and the doves were cooing. Having the beautiful pool to cool off in was certainly a luxury. As always, the Villa was spotless and well appointed. It's so awesome to have an upstairs balcony to unwind with a glass of wine after a day at the pool. I can't say enough about this exceptional property. Thank you Kent for your hospitality...see you next time.

Good staff and quiet location . Be prepared to rent a car or use taxi. Dry helpful staff. New small restaurant that adds a lot .
