Main Street Retreat Our Thyme | King Bed | In Town | Shared Hot Tub/Pool

I try to stay here on every trip to Fredericksburg. It's within walking distance of dining, shopping and entertainment. The bed is very comfortable which gives you a great nights sleep. The bathroom is very nice size with two sinks and a walk-in shower. Highly recommend staying here A+++++

I can't say enough about how great this cottage is. A great location on W. Main Street. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is very roomy with two separate sinks and a walk in shower. The large front porch is an added bonus. You can sit out and watch the traffic on Main Street. I've stayed here more times than I can count and have loved every visit here. Highly recommend A+++++

Everything was as advertise. Clean, nice and location was great.

The unit is cute and has some nice touches, but unfortunately I probably would not stay again.There were several issues that impacted our comfort. The A/C did not cool the unit well, and the bathroom has no ventilation, so we had to keep the door open after showers. Cleanliness was also a concern—we found food left in the sink drain from previous guests, and one of the coffee cups was still dirty.The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and caused us to wake up with neck aches each morning. A full-length mirror would also be a helpful addition to the space.Communication prior to arrival was not very clear or helpful. When I asked if the address provided was correct for our driver, I only received a “thank you” response. When I asked about coffee, I received conflicting answers regarding what was provided.The location is also not within walking distance of anything, which is something to be aware of when booking. Make sure you have transportation. On a positive note, the porch area was very nice and relaxing, and the unit does have a charming feel overall.
