- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Place is in a great quiet location, small but well done and had what we needed. Pool area very nice. Shower is huge! Great water pressure!

This was our anniversary weekend and we had a great time in Fredericksburg. The rrom was great, perfect for the 2 of us. Bed super comfy. Enjoyed some.time in the pool/spa. We'll definitely book this next time..

Really enjoyed being close enough to walk anywhere on main. The pool/hot tub area was nice.

The room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable.Sleepless nights because the wall unit AC would not cool or lower the humidity in the room. The host cleaned the air filter but it didn't help. We did receive a small discount for our inconvenience.
