This charming, private suite is located up a flight of stairs, allowing you to feel like you are perched on top of the world. Enjoy the unbelievable view from your spacious deck with outdoor seating, perfect for reflecting on life or having a glass of wine in the evening. Through sliding glass doors (with built-in blinds for privacy) you will enter your comfortable, elegant suite. Notice the soaring cathedral ceiling and the authentic distressed pine floors.
Guests enjoy a beautiful queen size bed with beautiful linens, a comfortable sitting area, and a private bath with a large tiled shower. In the mini-kitchen you will find a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot with all the fixin's, toaster oven, blender and even a little two-burner stovetop.

Beautiful place very clean with all the amenities needed. The host/hostess provided a nice welcome basket including a bottle of local wine. We loved sitting on the patios overlooking the valley watching the wildlife and sunsets. Such a relaxing and peaceful setting. I would highly recommend staying at Distant Views.

Truly a wonderful stay on so many levels. Amazing hill country view. The wildlife was so charming. Feeding the deer with the trolley and dropping handfuls off the deck was quite entertaining. The bird feeders were filled with cardinals and close to a dozen humming birds. The attention to detail inside was top shelf with a complimentary wine, tasty banana bread and snacks. We will definitely have to return to this amazing place with a secluded feel just a short drive to the fun of Fredricksburg!

Overall the place itself was adorable. However, it was literally right next to the main house. Felt eyes were always on us. We never were in communication with them they never reached out I told them who we were and why we were visiting and they never responded.
