Welcome to The Five Points Jewel — a restored 100-year-old Queen Anne cottage in East Nashville and part of the ComeVisitNashville collection. A private 1-bedroom apartment with historic character, modern comfort, and a highly walkable location in the heart of Five Points.

The Five Points Jewel offers a comfortable, character-filled stay in one of Nashville's most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.
MAKE NOTE
Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Additional guests (up to a max of 4) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 4.
We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Dogs may roam off-leash in the fully fenced yard (we just ask that you stay on top of their messes). Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.)
Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy.
Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee.
Guests have private access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment (left side of the home). The right side houses a small IT business office during weekday office hours. The business office has exterior security cameras that actively record at the front, side, and back of the house. There are no cameras inside the home. Our 100-year-old beauty queen contains remnants of former alarm system devices that have long since gone unused. Removing them would cause further damage to the restored home, so they've been left in place. There are no active alarm, security, or camera devices within the guest apartment. There is an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker in the living room.
Free street parking is available on our street and on neighboring side streets. Since we're in the high-demand Five Points area of East Nashville, parking directly in front of the house can't be guaranteed — but as reviews from previous guests will confirm, close parking is typically readily available.
We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.

Please sign the digital agreement within 48 hours of booking—or right away if you’re arriving within 5 days. If it isn’t signed, your stay may be canceled as a guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy.
🏡 Be Thoughtful
Treat the home like it belongs to your favorite aunt and uncle. Clean up after yourself, and leave things as you found them.
🚫 No Shenanigans
No drugs, illegal activity, unregistered guests, or parties. Breaking this rule may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Let’s not go there.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is only allowed in the backyard. Absolutely no lighting up indoors.
🏘️ Be a Good Neighbor
Keep noise down after dark and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🐾 Be a Responsible Pet Owner
Up to 2 well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome for $25 each per night—just let us know in advance. Please clean up after your pup and keep furniture pet-free unless covered with your own linens. No other animals allowed.

The primary guest must be 21+, stay the entire time, and take responsibility for the stay. Rate includes 2 guests; extras (up to 4 total) are $20/night and must be confirmed 24 hours before arrival. Max occupancy is firm at 4, and only those listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents must request approval before booking or are subject to cancellation. Families and kids are welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.

First of all the house is very close to Five Points with all of the restaurants and shops. The house is very nice, everything I needed. Arrival, check in were very easy

They had everything we could possibly need. Easy to walk to many places if we didn’t want to venture on to Broadway. Great communication when I had questions and so helpful!

Charming and cozy - great for our dogs. We enjoyed the neighborhood one evening and then took an Uber to Nashville’s Broadway street one day! Worked so well for us.

Enjoyed the neighborhood and easy walkability to restaurants and shops.
House was nice. Would have enjoyed better seating options to chill and relax in living room. Outdoor area is ok. Could be a lot better with some landscaping and patio area. But it served the purpose for our dog. Alece was super communicative and friendly. We did sit on front porch some as it was unclear if that area was accessible to the Vrbo side. Seemed to be a business and apartment on other side. Overall. Wry. Ice rental.
