2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Agave Roost exceeded our expectations!! The location was perfect. We were close to everything and walked everywhere. Super cute and comfortable place; we will definitely be returning.

The Roost was clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest is getting curtains or drapes. When walking up in the morning upstairs the sun shone brightly in my eyes.
