About this cottage rental
This charming little cabin includes a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom main house with a small kitchen and seating area AND an additional free standing, studio style cabin complete with a queen size bed and additional bathroom plus its very own kitchenette.
Have a seat on to the back deck and enjoy the lakeside view. Continue down the stairs to enjoy a sand beach for swimming or bring along your own boat right up to the dock on the property for easy access to loading/ unloading. At night there is a fire pit right on the beach to relax and toast s'mores before retiring for the evening.

The property is as pictured. We only used the main cabin, which had plenty of space for all of us. It's an older cabin but has updated windows and bathrooms. We loved playing down by the beach every day! The water has rocks at entry so bring shoes to get out past the rocks. Nothing this owner can do about it but for awareness, there is a rooster a few houses down that you can hear every morning and evening. On the upside, it had us up to watch the Loons (40ish) every morning, we even spotted two Eagles fly over. Excellent communication from the owner and very responsive!

We had a great time at this cabin with our family. Checking and communication was excellent, location is great in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the road. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future

Nice cozy cottage on the water with beautiful views. Our week had great weather and a nice breeze off the lake kept the main cottage relatively cool. We were unable to use the firepit because the wind off the lake was too strong in the early evening. Check-in went smoothly, the cottage had most everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Location is great, semi isolated but close to town and amenities.

The cottage at Burt Lake was great. We had a tremendously hard rain storm and had some minor water problems. I talked with the owner Justin Whitman and he could not have been more accommodating to me and my family. He made sure our every need was taken care. He even refunded some of our rental fee because he wanted to make sure we were taken care of.
I would highly recommend the cottage at 465 Sturgeon Bay to anyone knowing how we were treated and taken care of by Mr Whitman and his associate Molly.
I would give our week at this cottage five stars. Thanks Mr Whitman and Molly for making this week a wonderful week for me ang my family.
