About this house rental

Wonderful 4 season 4 bedroom home with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances.. House sleeps 10. Finished lower level with video center, and sectional couch, . 2 large, smart TVs to access, your favorite Netflix, Disney, prime, and sports, etc. Guest passes to the community recreational center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, gym, game room, tennis courts, pickleball, and great hiking trails are included. Our home is located one block from the haystack, hiking trailhead It's a short five minute drive to charming Wilmington center for shopping and restaurants. It is a fifteen minute drive to Mount Snow for mountain biking , and hiking.

This is the best property on Chimney Hill. It has all the comforts of home and is kept in immaculate condition. I do not write many reviews but felt inclined to recommend this wonderful house so a family can enjoy it as much as we did!

Beautiful and comfortable home, well-equipped Kitchen, cozy beds and lines. Location is great for exploring southern Vermont. The downstairs was awesome for family games. Bunk bed room was a kid favorite. Communication with the host was easy. I recommend this place highly. Great house Great location!!

This is our family’s second time renting this property. It is a fantastic house with all the modern amenities you can ask for with a chalet feel. The house is kept in immaculate condition and spotless. Great place for a family gathering!!!

House was beautiful, immaculate and extremely well equipped. Kids enjoyed the downstairs play area and we all loved the fire pit! Everything was close by and we got to enjoy the Clubhouse. Owner was exceptional with information for a great trip!
