About this house rental
A house 78m² with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining/kitchen area and 2 verandas. It offers ample view to the sea and sunset, communal swimming pool and it's located just 200m. away from the beach and a 5 min. drive to Pounda and its kitesurf centers. The house is part of a small complex withe beautiful communal areas to rest, sunbathe and enjoy outdoor meals.
The house is on 2 levels. At the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms: double bedroom opening to the communal terrace & swimming pool, and a twin bedroom with a big window. Next to the bedrooms, there's a shower bathroom and another half-bathroom with possibility of a shower. The upper level has the living room, dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen. Also a private veranda looking out to the Aegean Sea and the sunset. A second veranda with view to the garden is set at the entrance of the house.
Nearby Pounda beach is one of the best spots for kitesurfing. Tavernas are located within 300 m. and the main town of Parikia is less than 10min. drive.
