Luxurious Condo located in the heart of Orlando. Waterfront views, minutes from Universal Studios, and various resorts. I brought in an architect to have the entire unit revamped from top to bottom, this unit now serves as a model for the rest of the building, high-end modern furniture throughout, and fully loaded with every modern amenity you can think of. Just take a look at the pictures and you’ll be wowed. We are just a few minutes away from Universal studio with a gorgeous lake view. The Enclave offers everything from 3 pools inside and out, 24 hr Gym, restaurants, front desk, security, play yard, bar and so much more. The unit is 1.8 km from Universal Studios Orlando and 10 minute drive to Disney. . This apartment is 1.9 km from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and 3 km from International Drive Orlando.

Walk across the street to the Pirates Dinner Adventure . Entertainment , acrobatics, dinner show packages available.
Whole Foods Market , located only 5 min away , Walmart 6 minutes away and countless shopping , restaurants, bars walking distance on International drive .
For Universal Studios I recommend Uber or Lyft rides ( costs around $5 -$7)
There are coin laundry facilities on the 3rd & 4th floors, plus ice machine & vending machine on the 5th floor. There are 2 elevators located on the south side of the building. There are 2 stairwells - one is right outside the unit & the other is near the elevators. There are over 200 world class attractions, dining options, nightlife, shops, and shows within walking distance of the apartment.

Our host, David, was very kind and communicative during our trip! The condo was very nice too. Extremely clean, cute small space just enough for two people. It’s located in a wonderful area with lots to do and many food choices. The view from the balcony was really cool too! Made a good stay for me and my boyfriend’s Warped Tour trip! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Orlando!!

The condo was in the perfect location. If you are visiting theme parks you couldn’t ask for a better area. Lots of restaurants and stores walking distance. The only negative is there was no beach towels at the condo to use at the pool. There were none provided at pool area and so we had to purchase towels to use.

Condo was as advertised, looked the same as the photos online. Clean and clearly newly furnished. Close to public transit which was very convenient. Located close to lots of restaurants.
However, we arrived to find the bathroom mirror leaning against the wall in the livingroom. I texted the owner who was very apologetic and said it would be fixed the next day. We were there for 4 nights and it was never fixed. So had to do my hair and makeup sitting on the livingroom floor. My husband was unable to shave with no mirror in the bathroom. Most of the electrical outlets throughout the suite were not working. TV didn't work, but not sure if that was related to the electrical issue. Wifi was sketchy at best. We were attending a conference so wifi was important to have in the evening to respond to emails, but that was frustrating and nearly impossible. We were very patient and tolerant during the stay. I mentioned the deficiencies to the owner but didn't receive a response of any kind. No apologies, no promises to have the issues looked at, nothing.
