We had a great visit. Kudzu Cottage was in a great location for our needs and was super cute and cozy. The cottage had great amenities and really fit our needs. Would happily stay again on our next trip to Greeneville. The host was very communicative, which I appreciated.

This was our third stay at the Kudzu Cottage. The layout of the cottage is similar to a large studio apartment. It works very well for my blind husband because it is so easy to navigate. The property is well maintained inside and out. The host, Becky, is wonderful to work with and very responsive should you need to reach out to her. The kitchen has a full stove, microwave, full refrigerator, and a coffee maker that can be used as a carafe or as a K-cup maker. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is convenient. The property is ramped making it wheelchair accessible, if that is needed. We have once again enjoyed our stay to visit with family in Greeneville. When we plan our next trip, checking the availability for the Kudzu Cottage will be one of our first steps.
