Large spacious layout with plenty of room for everybody. We really enjoyed being able to take advantage of the water park this trip, the kids and adults both had a blast spending the whole day there. We also enjoyed spending multiple days lounging in the back yard playing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Everything inside the home was nice and clean.
When we got there the pool was dirty and the water levels were low, BUT the amazing staff at the resort were very quick to get that taken care of so we were able to enjoy the pool by the time the cold weather moved out and the sunshine moved it. We were very disappointed that the downstairs queen bed still had the same large sag on the middle from the year before, we checked it out and it is due to a broken frame and not the mattress like we thought. Hopefully the owner will be able to get that taken care of for the next guests

The private pool was top of our vacation list for our young family. The quiet community, pools and slides at main club house was perfect for our toddlers!
The safety of our house with private pool was amazing. They have an alarm system at all windows and doors leading to the pool. One night our 2yr got out of her room and wandered the house before crashing on the couch. It was very comforting to know that she couldn't escape the house.

We loved the location of this house and the privacy it provided! It was very spacious with a great layout and The pool was awesome!!!!
We had a leaking coffee pot and then the two queen size mattresses are in need of replacement and the only other issue we had was we sugar ants all over the counters and that was very frustrating.

The house was clean and a good size for a 4 bedroom. The pool was also a good size.
Too close to the highway so lots of road noise, no dish clothes or dish towels, no pool towels, coffee maker did not make or keep coffee hot, check in was confusing, no QR code received so had to cross the highway to go and get the QR code. House was not on the side of the water park so feel false advertising as most we looked at showed water park in back yard and we were not located on the same side as the water park and had to cross a busy highway to get there. Same with the check in.
