The Zoo House is less than 2 miles from the NC Zoo! It’s a short walk to the new Zoo City Sportsplex, a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheboro, restaurants, shops, theaters, bowling, & miniature golf. Seagrove Pottery area is a 15 minute drive and the Petty Museum is 20 minutes away. Relax at our comfortably furnished home. 200 mbps WiFi , hi-def smart TVs with Netflix in the living room and main bedroom, linens, stocked kitchen, back deck, grill & picnic table.

The house was very clean. It was family friendly with Netflix on the TV for night time. The wifi worked great. The landlord was very fast to answer any questions and it was 5 minutes from the zoo. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Ashboro area.

The location was good and the house was functional for what we wanted. The kitchen was a little poorly stocked, and had some quirks. Overall it wasn't bad, but it just wasn't particularly great either. We also had trouble with a very limited amount of hot water for showering.
