La ubicación es muy buena si te gusta la zona del muelle (a mi es la que mas me gusta). Muy buena atención por parte de Ney
Tanto la mesa como las sillas son de mala calidad y parecía que iban a romperse de solo sentarse además de ser muy ruidosas para los ocupantes del departamento que está debajo al igual que el ventanal q no funcionaba bien y la cama inferior. Los colchones del living son colchonetas bastante incómodas pero bueno… Tuvimos que comprar veneno para cucarachas, no está lleno pero vimos varias en los primeros días. El microondas no funcionaba y el servicio de lavandería que ofrecen no se entiende.
