The property is situated walking distance from the beach. The rooms were clean. The host was responsive. Overall a great property

Everything is clean and tidy. The sea is 400 meters away, it is located in the beautiful Budva landscape. The apartments are large and luxurious, whole concept is in synergy with nature. Host is very approachable and pleasant.
Alll recommendations, we will come back again.

The apartment isn't bad. No one told us this, but the resort next door is somehow connected. That resort is amazing!!!! Especially the restaurant. That chef is a wizard. Great food at okay prices.
It is really close to Trsteno beach. Awesome beach.
Almost none of the facilities described are on site.
There are no bbq facilities as stated (there is a bbq, but it isn't usable and there isn't any equipment to use it.
There isn't a pool on site. There is a pool in the resort next door.
There is no waterpark as described. The waterpark is 1.5km up the road by Ploce beach Dangerous walk with cars zipping by and no shoulder. Free to use though.
