Great location! It is only 200 meters to walk to the Promenade de la Plage, i.e. the beach promenade and the beach. Supermarket and bakery just up the road. The supermarket is located at the corner of 76, Bd Maréchal Juin and Boulevard J F Kennedy. The bakery is excellent and is located on the opposite side, just a few meters further up. The owner/contact person is very nice and helpful. The balcony has sun all day. Great way to start your day: Sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. You can rely on the pictures you see. The pictures are correct.

It was very hot in Cagnes-sur-Mer during my visit. 29 Celcius/ 85 Fahrenheit. There is a fan but it does get very hot. It was hot everywhere and really has nothing to do with the standard or the furnishing of the studio.
