Lo bonita que es la casa y lo limpia que la tienen

La casa es espectacular, muy amplia y con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días con la familia. Está reformada con gusto y todo muy bien cuidado. Ojalá volver en verano para poder disfrutar de la impresionante piscina y finca exterior.

No es un problema, pero es algo a tener en cuenta. El acceso en coche hasta la casa es... delicado, por decirlo de algún modo. Cuando conoces el camino es más sencillo (debéis acceder por la calle de más abajo, que es la que sale directamente desde detrás de la iglesia), ya que si no puedes acabar en problemas.

We were delighted to find the Casa in San Martin - not just because it could easily accommodate our family group of 7, but also because it seemed to be one of the only properties in the area with a swimming pool! Overall we were 100% satisfied with our choice: the pool was fantastic and ideal for keeping the teenagers entertained during the summer heat. Beyond that, the house had everything we could have needed, including an outdoor barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms - plus the terrace offers fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. San Martin itself is a lovely, quiet historic village, with nearby access to mountain rivers and more, so a great place from which to explore this part of Spain.

No actual complaints - but perhaps worth noting that it is almost impossible to park directly at the house, given the very narrow medieval streets in the village. We managed to do so outside the church on a daily basis (a 2-3 minute walk away), but it's something for future guests to keep in mind when planning their arrival!

The views from the property are incredible. The house design also works very well.

Unfortunately this property has not been well looked after. There are issues with water ingress, no actual internet which the person looking after the property dismissed with saying we would be able to get a signal from our own phones. The garden area is not well kept and a shutter from one of the bedrooms could not open at all. Leaving the room which would have a very fine view in close to darkness. Disappointing for the cost
