La ubicación céntrica y la calefacción
La falta de comunicación del anfitrión... El día antes de llegar tardó en contestar mi mensje para acoradar la llegada. El momento del check in demorado por el mismo motivo de falta de respuesta, siendo que la llave se retiraba de un locker en la entrada del depto. Le consulté la clave de wifi porque no me envió ningún tipo de indicación del depto y me la dió al otro dia.....el baño muy chico y eso q yo mido 1,53....faltan utensillos (cuchillos normales y cucharitas).El día que me retiré ahí si que se contactaron puntuales para acordar el retiro.les mencioné que no me agradó la comunicación cuando era necesaria....el precio es más elevado de lo que figuraba en booking por la suma de otros cargos.y hay que pagar en la reserva el 50% por transferencia....para mí es muy importante la buena comunicación con el anfitrión....
