Gorgeous 5 bedroom 4 and 1/2 bathroom home, which has sleeping for 13+.

The large master bedroom has plenty of space where you can enjoy the view, a private back yard entrance, large walk in closet, jetted tub to relax and a beautiful large private bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! The house was great! Suited a group of 7 women beautifully. Great kitchen, large rooms, nicely decorated. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

House was spacious and clean and had all furnishings needed for a great visit. The house is in a great location and close to a grocery store and easily accessible. Pool was large and refreshing after playing golf in the summer heat. Everything worked well and the house was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was spacious and beautiful but we had some difficulties. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced, the video game didn’t work and the TVs were difficult to work. But the most disappointing things were the pool guy showing up unexpectedly on Monday (the book said he’d be there on Tuesday) and the palm tree trimmers showed up on the morning of our last day and filled the jacuzzi with palm fronds and debris making the pool and backyard unusable. We were counting on a morning swim and didn’t have any notice that the tree trimmers were coming. At this price we were expecting a little better communication
