Villa Foia Vella is peace, relaxation and carefree enjoyment. A small-scale retreat on a 2-hectare old olive grove. Enjoy natural beauty and tranquility (which is why we are 'adults only').
Villa Foia Vella has three double en-suite rooms with beautiful views across a valley full of green trees. You will sleep blissfully on a 1.80 x 2.10 m spacious, high-quality, comfortable box spring bed and have the convenience of a luxurious bathroom. A fan or air conditioning provides cooling in warm moments.
Relax along the pool and enjoy the mountain views and singing birds. You can also join a yoga class, hike into the mountains or go cycling.

All overnight stays include a delicious breakfast in a quiet, private place in the Villa grounds. The table is filled with natural ingredients, fresh and, as far as possible, from our own land or farmers in the immediate area. That means waking up every day with the scent of fresh bread, juicy oranges and mouth-watering fruit.

- Villa Foia Vella is 100% smoke-free, including in the bedrooms and public areas. There are, of course, plenty of beautiful places on the site beyond the Villa where you can smoke.

From our own experience we know how important and pleasant it is to regularly take a step back. To relax, enjoy and think about what you do and where you are going, consciously or unconsciously. Nature helps enormously with that. We enjoy treating our guests to a carefree stay at this special place. Of course we will gladly inform you about the many possibilities in the area: cycling and walking routes, restaurants, beaches, villages, markets etc ...

Activities in Villa Foia Vella
The villa sits in a secluded valley between dales and mountains. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation around the house, for example; lazing in a hammock, bird watching with the naked eye and with binoculars, or taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Short and more extended walking tours and cycling trips can be made directly from the villa. In the evening you can admire the night sky with binoculars.

Activities in and around the Jalón Valley
Villa Foia Vella is near the town of Benigembla in the Jalón Valley, about 100 kilometres from both Valencia and Alicante. In this special valley, you will find plenty of vineyards, charming villages and cosy restaurants. A wide variety of beaches can be found on the Costa Blanca, a 30-45 minute drive away.

Head out into the mountains, visit a vineyard, wander the antique market of Jalón; whatever you do, enjoy!

Villa Foia Vella is most easily accessible by car. The drive time from Alicante Airport is approx. 75 minutes (98 km), and from Valencia Airport approx. 90 minutes (124 km) using good quiet toll roads.
The possibilities of exploring the area are considerably smaller without your own transport.
We can arrange an airport transfer on request from Valencia or Alicante for 1 to 4 people for € 75 one way.
