Silva by the Sea with Nazare's Best Views

Un appartement qui offre une vue époustouflante sur la plage de Nazaré. On oublie l’aspect un peu triste de l’immeuble dès l’entrée dans celui-ci. Le logement est décoré avec goût, vaste, lumineux du côté de la table à manger et le séjour. Très propre. De plus, le lit est confortable. Stationnement aisé. On a apprécié l’offre de restauration au haut de Nazaré. Sinon, le funiculaire est accessible en quelques minutes de marche.

O prédio não impressiona pela positiva, mas quando passamos da porta de entrada do apartamento, entramos num outro mundo. Um apartamento bem pensado em termos de espaço e funcionalidade e decorado com bom gosto. Está equipado com tudo o que necessário, sendo também bastante espaçoso e com camas confortáveis. E como cereja do bolo, a varanda com uma vista soberba sobre a baia, que dá vontade de não sair de lá. Gostei particularmente da engenhosa mesa colocada na varanda e da rede que permite estar confortavelmente a absorver aquela vista soberba. Não conheci pessoalmente o dono, mas foi sempre cordial e atencioso nas mensagens trocadas.

A tv não funcionava, mas também não fazia falta nenhuma.

The view from the appt. is splendid and although the building itself is somewhat outdated, the appt interior has recently been renovated nicely and is spotlessly clean.

The washing machine still does not work, you are advised not to use the electric oven and the living room has no comfortably seating (apart from an old 2-seat backbreaking couch and one chair) With little effort these could have been solved. With this in mind, the appt is overpriced. Our advice would be to communicate all details in writing with the owner and staff to avoid miscommunication.
