Quiet and tranquil yet centrally located to Wilton Manors, downtown Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, shopping, restaurants, bars and dance clubs. The garden cottage setting was perfect for me as I wanted to get away and relax.
The only issue I had was that when the front door to the main house is shut it sounds like the inside door is being forced open. It was a little unnerving till I got used to it.

the water was a little yellow. didn't take a shower because of that. distinct smell of dog. adjoining house had a dog

Less expensive than other options. Location was fairly close to cruise terminal.
Very small, cramped space. Neighborhood was a little "sketch".
