The property was well equipped & the description was accurate.
The owner was on site during our visit & was very helpful, but unobtrusive. The area was beautiful & the beautiful beach a very short walk away. The swimming pool was a lovely addition too.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. We did discuss some ideas with the owner such as a visitor book.

The location is very good, close to Lixouri from where there is also a convenient ferry to Argustoli. The beaches of the peninsula are very calm and with fine sand. The house is very cozy, with a very well-equipped kitchen and a place to eat for 8 people in the main building, a hammock and a comfortable place to rest in the additional building.
The water pressure for the showers in the houses was low, but there are very nice outdoor showers.

The villa was very handy for the beach and restaurant. It was as described and clean. The arrival and check in was very straightforward and communication with the host was excellent. We loved the apricots left for us and the wine.
The showers could have been more powerful.

Very good location, very nice and comfortable stay. I'll try to book it again if we return to Kefalonia and that says a lot.
