Location is good if you are working in north industry area
Hotel rooms are quiet, and clean. Breakfast is good, and personal is very helpful. The gym is also sufficient for basic fitness training. Location is good if you are working in north industry area, because you do not have to go into the city (can avoid traffic jams).
Unfortunately the windows cannot be opened, so the air is not the best. Cleaning personal is turning down air conditioner to lowest fan speed every morning, although this is the only chance to clean the air a bit in the room. Pool is more for kids with 1.1 meter depth.

This hotel could be great if common areas got more attention.
The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Near centro comercial Antea, Decathlon, Shake Shack and other popular shopping areas. Pet friendly. The gym had really nice equipment.
The pool would have been much better if it the surrounding areas were kept clean; the lawn chairs are stained and should be pressure washed or replaced, tables were left un-wiped from the day before, cups and dishes left to sit out all night. Asked several times for towels, never happened. Elevators were dirty, smelled like beer, sticky floors. At least the room was clean.

Good hotel bad management
Good location and gym. The rooms generally were well kept, clean with good linens
The first room they gave us was on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The only way to not have everyone seeing into your room was to have the blackout curtains drawn, which then meant you’re basically in a cave with no natural light. We asked to switch rooms and they didn’t have, in theory another king bed room so they moved us to a 2 queen room. The next morning at 5am we started hearing a loud constant noise, turns out it was the kitchen extractor which was basically keeping us up. We couldn’t sleep any further and you could hear it through the entire floor. We called reception but sadly the kind gentleman said there was nothing he could do. The manager in theory was arriving at 9. We went down to the gym since we couldn’t sleep and front desk switched our rooms again. We asked to speak to the manager when he arrived but he never showed up or made himself available to us. The gave us a complimentary breakfast but frankly that is not enough for this experience.

Nice concept, but failed at basic amenities
The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very nice.
The bathroom and vanity areas were not clean. One of the beds was not properly made, and the water in the shower was tepid.
