This is our third year in almost a row, that we stay at Eva Beach Apartment and we plan to visit in the upcoming years as well.
We love the location of the apartment - on the beach (so it takes seconds to go), at the end of the village - so it is quiet and we can take long walks.
The host is extremely nice, very responsive and caring for her guests, making sure we enjoy our stay.
This is the perfect place for a family 😊. We highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Nea Peramos Large Apartment Near the Beach, and I had a wonderful experience. The apartment is located in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the town center. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with IKEA appliances and furniture. The balcony is a great place to start your day, as you can watch the sunrise and then enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.
The staff at the apartment were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and help with anything we needed. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained.
The furniture IKEA was comfortable and stylish, and it made the apartment feel very homey. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nea Peramos.

The apartment is perfect as well is the host. We love the location of the place and we are in love with the balcony, it's definitely our favourite part of the apartment and we spent most of the time there.
Evgenia is really kind, response and supportive host. She makes sure to help resolve whatever issue one might have. This was our second stay and we are definitely going to visit again.
