About this apartment rental
Our condo is furnished with all that you need for a great getaway to Scottsdale. Aventura is a great community with pools, tennis, gym and walking distance to great restaurants and stores. Be sure to take a look at the photos as we have a beautifully updated kitchen & bath and bamboo floors throughout the living and dining area. We are located on the second floor so there are stairs to get to the unit, but there's nobody above you.
Smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom.
Aventura is a upscale, complex just off of Shea Blvd and a short distance from Hwy 101. There are stores, restaurants, golf and anything else you can think of within a short walk or drive.
The complex has 3 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, great work out facility, clubhouse with computer, television and wonderful dining area. You are welcome to use that space while you are here.
We have thought of everything you might need in the kitchen so you can cook all of your meals at home if you want to.

We enjoyed our winter stay in Scottsdale. The condo had all amenities that we needed. The furnishings could be updated, especially the bed and couch. Both were adequate but dated. This community was very quiet and neighbors were quite friendly. The location was near everything we needed, grocery stores, Planet fitness and hiking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Aventura Condos was wonderful. The condo was perfect for the two of us and was completely stocked with everything we needed during our stay,
We spent a lot of time at the main pool where we met so many nice people. We walked in the mornings through a beautiful, nearby neighborhood. We felt very safe even walking through the condos in the evening because it was so well lit. We would definitely go back again.

the unit was located in a good area close to a number of things. Unfortunately they were redoing the roofs on the building and the buildings next to us for 2 weeks of our stay. Was impossible to just hang out on patio because of noise and dust. Kind of spendy for the environment the last 2 weeks.
