Brand new and fully renovated, this stylish one-bedroom, one-bath condo in Mountain Green Resort Building 3 — the main building and the one everyone wants — is just steps from Killington Mountain. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, all-new furniture, and a clean, modern mountain vibe throughout. Staying in the main building means easy access to top-notch amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness areas, on-site shops and restaurant, parking, WiFi, cable, and a seasonal shuttle to the mountain. Whether you're here to ski, golf, or relax, this unbeatable location makes it effortless to enjoy everything Killington has to offer.
Our one bedroom condo sleeps four people in one queen bed and one sleeper sofa and features a full bathroom with shower/tub.
You cannot beat the location of Mountain Green Resort! Just steps to Killington Mountain, you can take the free shuttle in the winter or make the 5 minute walk. We're also walking distance to the Killington golf course. You'll also be on the main access road in Killington and close to all the bars, shops and restaurants.
• The gym is open every day. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently open on weekends only through Thanksgiving. All indoor amenities will be open daily from Thanksgiving through Easter.
• The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
• There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
• Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators.
• Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation.
• The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the “taste” of well water.
• Wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational and not listed as an available amenity for guests.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The location of this place is great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything in the description was promised. My one “negative” was I contacted the host about getting a key to the ski storage lockers on the day we arrived. I was told we were getting one and it never came. We stored the skis in our car, which wasn’t that big of a deal. But the lack of follow through bothered me. Other than that, would stay here again. We are family of 4 and it was a great space.
