The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests (4 most comfortably): 2 on the king bed and 2 on the queen Murphy bed. Air mattresses are available for additional guests (extra fee). **TEMPERATURE CONTROLS**
The apartment includes heating and cooling on both levels for year-round comfort.
Upper level: electric convection heaters and a window A/C unit (installed seasonally).
Lower level: convection and space heaters, plus a portable A/C and dehumidifier during warmer months.
**LENGTH OF STAYS & DISCOUNTS**
Longer stays may require an additional security deposit. Short-term bookings are typically not accepted several months in advance. Pricing is set competitively for the area and already reflects weekly and monthly discounts, so additional discounts are not offered.
**PETS**
Pets are not standard, but small pets (under 60 lbs) may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a fee ($25/night or $100/month per pet). Service and support animals require appropriate documentation. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning related to pets.

Host did extras including grab bars/mat in shower (I have a slight imbalance prob) and getting us decaf coffee. He met us on arrival and literally walked us throughout. Everything was remodeled and clean as a pin. I don’t like steps with imbalance prob, so except for a shower, we stayed very comfy on the 1st floor with our Murphy bed, ½ bath (well stocked), kitchenette with table/chairs, fridge, MW, hot plate and every type of pot, pan, silverware, plate, cup and glass possible (SMILEY FACE). As advertised, the TV room was sooooo relaxing with big chair and couches. The TV was state of the art with many extras including sound elements. The desk, chair, lamp and WiFi were perfect for our computer needs. The Host also had outdoor lounge chairs for us. The location is spot on – easy access to everything. We highly recommend this Host and VRBO – we have family friends in area and will be sure to stay here again.

This one-bedroom apartment absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The owner, Tom, could not have been more accommodating. He was very communicative and always available when I needed him. I couldn’t recommend this rental more.
