Our cozy, cabin-style condo is conveniently located on the first floor, directly across from the clubhouse. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with one queen-size bed and two twin loft beds.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We also provide coffee and a selection of basic condiments for your convenience.
Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV connected to streaming services. Covered garage parking is available beside the building, helping keep your vehicle protected from the snow.

We have stayed at Brian Head once before in a different VRBO and absolutely loved it so we decided to try again. The location was perfect and close to all of the adventures we had planned, the shower had good pressure, checkin was easy, the host was communicative and the unit smelled clean. It is definitely not “upgraded” as the description states. Missing baseboards, outdated stove, outdated lighting, the information binder was dirty and old, comforter was clean but stained, no table and sitting furniture was not comfortable. I did not prefer the bed as the specific foam was not comfortable. The window needed to be propped open to allow a breeze. The deck was small and was covered in spider webs with only stools as a sitting option. We were hoping for a space to come back to at night and want to hang out in, however that was not the case. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and aren’t picky about your bed, this would be ok. Overall, we were pretty disappointed as based on pictures and description, our expectations were much higher.
