We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the Georgian seaside. The property is modern, comfortable and very easy-going, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beds and pillows were wonderfully cosy, and we slept extremely well. The internet was perfect too, which was a big plus. The sea was warm and crystal clear, with beautiful views that made every morning feel special. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious — proper homemade food, full of flavour and prepared with care. The owner, Kohta, is a genuinely welcoming and friendly person. He made us feel completely at home from the very beginning and was always kind, helpful and pleasant to talk to. There is also a sweet cat and dog, which made the place feel even more charming and homely. Everything about our stay was lovely: the atmosphere, the food, the views, the comfort and the hospitality. We would definitely come back again.

Honestly, there was nothing not to like. Everything was spot on, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Владелец отеля, великолепнный человек! Шикарный дизайн, и он поражает... Лучшиие кровати и подушки, шикарный воздух! Огромные номера и ванные комнаты. Вкусные и сытные завтраки. Всегда можно заказать обед и ужин. Безумно вкусный натуральный турецкий кофе, ну и конечно же домашняя пахлава, просто пальчики оближешь. Есть хороший бассейн, где можно охладиться в жаркий день. Были на мотике, нам любезно предоставили стоянку. Чистейшее море и красочные закаты. Главное украшение этого отеля - это хозяин, который всегда готов прийти на помощь и сделать Ваш отдых комфортным. Это лучший отель в Сарпии!!! Вернусь:-Да!!! Рекомендую:-Да, на 100%!!! Приезжайте и не останитесь равнодушными. Кохта ты красавчик!!! Ждём открытия ресторана!!!

Таможня рядом, но не напрягает. Море и воздух всё компенсировали!

Breakfast was way worse than average. Linen was dirty (was changed after we requsted). Cleaning never happened by default, only upon request.
