The apartment is located in a great area. It is bright, quiet, and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. We especially appreciated the smart layout, the warm blankets, the comfortable beds, the dining area, the kitchen, and the living room. The children’s room was also well equipped. Although the apartment is older, it retained heat very well, and the balcony offers a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment.

Everything related to the host was unacceptable. Let’s start with the most basic issue: communication. She does not speak even a little English and did not make even the slightest effort to communicate. During a phone call, there were strange silences, and we had to remind her that Google Translate exists so she could communicate with us through messages we could understand. Messages sent through Booking.com were answered only after many hours, and she eventually stopped answering the phone. In addition, the safe does not work. There is an instruction sheet, but no code actually works. The Wi-Fi password is 30 characters long, as if they really do not want guests to manage to connect. For a six-night stay, we were given only two plastic garbage bags, while being expected to separate waste into three different bins every day. As for toilet paper, she left only one roll. The same with the washing machine tabs - we got only one. We asked for more; she didn't want to supply. We stay in different apartments around the world three times a year, and we have never encountered this level of stinginess. The apartment was also dirty and full of animal hair. On the first day, we cleaned the entire apartment ourselves so that our stay would be pleasant. It is a shame, because this could easily have been a 10-point review if only they had paid attention to the fact that people come to stay, pay good money, and expect proper service in return.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Gute ruhige Lage.

Gibt nichts zu beanstanden

Lage sehr gut. Es gibt 2 Fewos mit demselben Namen. Ich fragte nach Bestätigung der(falschen) Adresse. Als ich nichts hörte, sind wir zuerst zur falschen Adresse gelaufen- Verwirrung. Danach Alles gut.

Mit der Tourismusabgabe ist wohl eine `Konuskarte`(?) verbunden mit Ermässigungen und Busbenutzung. Diese haben wir von der Vermieterin nicht erhalten.
