Nothing, it was a very unpleasant experience. We had to pay an additional 40EUR as we arrived late. We were stuck in traffic due to the Tour du France and updated the owner regularly. Although it was not our fault the owner treated us rudely and charged us.
The attitude of the owner.
The unreasonable additional charge. The lack of compassion, my whole family hadn't eaten anything the day as we rushed to be in time just to be treated badly.
