Spokojna lokalizacja, blisko do głównych wejść na plażę we Władysławowie czy Chlapowie (około 15-20 minut spacerem do Alei Gwiazd). Duża przestrzeń w mieszkaniu, dużo udogodnień w postaci zmywarki, pralki czy sprawnej mikrofali. Na duży plus balkon z widokiem na skrawek morza przy dobrej pogodzie. Bardzo porządny właściciel, niemal od razu po dokonaniu rezerwacji otrzymałem instrukcje dot. odbioru kluczy jak i dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Może nie są to rzeczy „które mi się nie podobały” ale uważam, że gdyby lokal przeszedł lekki remont w postaci odmalowania ścian, wymiany starych dywanów czy doczyszczeni niektórych z mebli to byłby to lokal na ocenę 11+. Nie jest to opinia negatywna, jedynie zdanie z mojego punktu widzenia, które by spowodowały, że mieszkanko było by jeszcze bardziej super. :)
