About this house rental

This lovely home has 3 bedrooms each with queen sized memory foam mattress. It also has a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps an additional person. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Mercyhurst University and is within a 15-minute drive of Presque Isle, downtown Erie, and the Presque Isle Downs Casino. This house is child and pet-friendly. There is a smart TV that allows you to login to the multitude of streaming apps available. The kitchen comes stocked with all you need to enjoy cooking at home in addition to a Keurig coffee machine. A true home away from home!

Everything advertised was there and the location was very convenient for the trip. We combined our trip on our Anniversary to watch a college volleyball match. The house was extremely clean!! It was just as the pictures showed as well. The laundry in the basement was a nice additive to the house! The living room was spacious for a 6 person family!

Super clean, about 15 minute drive to the waterfront. Lots of kitchen ware and coffee supplies.The owner sets a unique door code for you and your stay, unlike alot of rentals that use the same code for all stays by any guest. I really liked that security measure.Dont hesitate to use this property.

the property was centrally located and close to Presque Isle State Park. the house was very clean and as listed. It had a level back yard for my dogs. the bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay again !!

The home was clean and tidy and exactly as described. What set it apart was the thoughtfulness put into welcoming guests. From the bottled water and coffee in the kitchen, to extra toiletry items in the bathroom, to the pack and plays for little ones, and the cute kid table with crayons and coloring books. Traditional home away from home. Walmart is close for all our needs. We enjoyed beach hopping from Freeport to Shades, Presque Isle, Walnut Creek Access and Avonia. Shades Beach became our family favorite. But we enjoyed all of them for different reasons.

Theirs was our first time in a VRBO. And we couldn’t ask for a better introduction to this type of vacation stay. The house was just as described, probably better. I mean nothing bad to say at all, just perfect. Our toddler loved it, we loved it, and was a great place to come back to after a long day of vacation each day. Side note, the ice cream shop just down the street was a nice little walk and great ice cream!

This was our first visit to Lake Erie! Though the weather was a bit chilly, we had a lot of fun exploring!Saturday we went to the interactive children’s museum downtown! That kept us busy for a good few hours!Sunday was nicer, so we explored Presque Isle! We loved the various ways you can enjoy the park- driving, the paved loop! It was very clean, and there are many places to pull off! The beaches are so nice- Beach 6 is the best sunset viewing! And we really enjoyed our dinner from Sara’s right there at the entrance to the park!This house is adorable and in a quiet neighborhood! We were very cozy, and the place is very clean! We may return to explore even more of the surrounding areas!

We had a great stay! House and property are lovely and comfortable. Owner was prompt in responding when an issue arose and even quicker to fix it. We were in close proximity to anything we could have wanted and yet you couldn’t even tell you were close to the city. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood! Definitely recommend if you need somewhere home and quiet to stay while you are in town!

We stayed in this home while our own home was having some renovations done. It was clean and pet friendly, which was great because we were able to take our two cats with us. I emailed the owners with some questions I had. They quickly responded and were very friendly. We were very comfortable in this home and enjoyed our stay there! As an added bonus, they even have sound machines to help you sleep at night. I loved it so much that I bought one for my own home!

Overall this property is fine. However, the furniture shown in the LR pictures is not accurate-no recliner. The actual LR furniture is showing some wear. Beds were fine. Clean for the most part but some cobwebs in corner of LR. Appliances are older but work except for ice maker in fridge. Very steep narrow driveway. Would recommend bedside lamps in bedrooms as only 1 BR had one.

Property is exactly how described. Very clean! We traveled 4 hours to Erie for a Cheerleading/Hip Hop competition. The girls loved staying in a house versus the usual hotels for the weekend. Very comfortable. Will definitely go back if we travel to Erie again

We stopped here on our thanksgiving trip. The house was conveniently 5 mins off the highway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Cost about the same as the hotels that were available and was way more comfortable for our family. We hope to stay here again next year. Side note we planned on staying here on our way home as well. However, the weather didn't cooperate. Without me even requesting, the host refunded our moytor that night. I highly recommend this house.
