Stroll along the river from this beautiful, fully renovated 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath home, located in Twin Palm Estates, a highly sought after neighborhood between McGregor Blvd and the Caloosahatchee River.
Here you are CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Guests can walk or bike along the River, to the Farmer's Market and Grocery, to several local restaurants, and along the abundant neighborhood paths. Driving/biking/walking 4 miles north along palm-tree lined McGregor Blvd. and passing the historic Thomas Edison Winter Estate, one will arrive in thriving downtown Fort Myers, the heart of the River District.
This welcoming home has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, living and sun rooms, gourmet kitchen and dining, and offers a restful and relaxing atmosphere. Completely and lovingly renovated in 2014, guests enjoy all the comforts of home including a fully equipped highly functional kitchen, walk-in shower, lots of dining and living spaces for entertaining, artful furnishings and interior design, and quality mattresses, linens, and towels. Wifi, cable TV, and streaming apps.
The house is equipped with high speed internet and HDTV entertainment. The house comfortably accommodates 4 guests, and a 5th or 6th guest can be added when using the queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.
The tropical, private backyard offers lots of seating and space for lounging, grilling/eating, and entertaining. House has driveway parking, and is in a peaceful, residential setting.
Opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in SW Florida abound. Our world renowned beaches offer visitors a continual source of entertainment, fun, and personal renewal. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are a scenic 20 minute drive away and are found after crossing over the breathtaking Sanibel Causeway. Fort Myers Beach is also easily accessible, and like Sanibel/Captiva Islands, offers a plethora of fishing, boating, bicycling, and board sport activities. Are you a golfer? SW Florida is famous for golf! There are an abundance of golf courses here, and lots of great weather days for playing.

Location was great! Easy access to downtown and Cape Coral. If you are looking for the ideal place to stay and will be running around the area to beaches and being active this is a great place to stay!

This is a lovely home. The place was immaculate and a very short walk to the sunsets along the river. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed how centrally located it was to restaurants and shops. The downtown restaurants were especially nice. Perfect for a warm weather getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Hideaway. It is such a comfortable home with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is lovely which such friendly neighbors. Kally was always prompt in her response to us. We look forward to returning.
