Nice and large flat, responsible and friendly host. Large bathroom with a washing machine.
Not in John's hands, but the first night, some crazy motorbikers were riding the center all night till 3 am or so. Since one bedroom didn't have AC, we needed to keep the window open and could not sleep.
Some easy improvements for the flat would be: a bigger dining table outside, to allow proper meals on the big terrasse, and having standing fans in the flat (John brought one as soon as asked).

Very good situation in Karistos. Near to the city and all restaurants. Excellent terrasse with view to the sea. And extremely kind and nice host - John.

Can’t beat the location- central yet close to the beach and restaurants. The balcony is significant with great views of the harbour- chilled there in the mornings and late evenings. The landlord was very responsive - great guy!
The bathroom is fully functional but dated
