Ir is a garage transformed into a little studio at the back of all restaurants and a supermarket. The view is on large bins, lots of noise and bin flavours! Not an environment to rent a garage as studio and certainly not at this hotel rate. All this should be mentioned in the advert to ensure people really know what they book!!!

We are in the center of the beach

The booking are not well organised, were 3 groups in the same date, how come you’re accepting other people, were still in the place, next time arrange the schedule very well and the room is not ventilation, no windows

Very close to the beach

.Lots of trash right in front of the door, full of ants, small toilet, warm place, very expensive for the conditions. 140/night. Not very friendly hosts either, only recommend if there's no other option available, as it was our case.

Very small for 4 People, not enough cuttlery for 4 People. Shower was so small that i didn´'t fit in it. Tv with only Netflix nog normal posts

The location next to the sea

The place was terribly hot. Not possible to open a window. The door was broken. The rusty kitchen was full of ants. The sink had a spill. The shower was half destroyed. The towels smelled Bad....

We only stayed overnight because of the avondclock

The host called to say that the water will be stopped and he left water for us. Accepts dogs. Close to the beach.

The place is a garage turned into a studio. It is a shame that quite some thought has been put in how to include everything one may need - a couch, a table, a double bed, shower, toilet, kitchenette, wardrobe, yet everything is old and crappy. The owner needs to renovate everything is he wants to make this place pleasant, and also be open about the fact that the location is the back alley of all the stores (yes, convenient that you can get your ice-cream and bike in 5 min, but certainly not a nice place to be). I would not recommend the studio, unless you are going to spend all your time on the beach, and only sleep there and cannot afford anything else. We took it because our dog was with us, and went prepared with our own sheets and towels given everything we read in the reviews thus far. I had hoped that the owner would have gotten something out of the multiple feedback that the place is not good, but still this is what we found.

Location, it is in the centre of Cadzand-Bad

Property poorly prepared e.g. thermostat set for 15 degrees and not turned up before arrival, 2 out of 3 lightbulbs in main light was out and had not been replaced before arrival. No big dinner plates, cutlery for four people but one knife missing so really only for three people. Did not feel at lot of attention is paid towards the paying guests.

Ich bin froh wenn ich keinen Ausschlag bekomme!

Das einzige dort war die Nähe zum Strand, allerdings weiter als beschrieben.

Das schlimmste was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe ! Teures Geld für eine total heruntergekommene Unterkunft. Tapete hing von der Wand , die Küche verdreckt und das Besteck verlebt. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Bad , eine totale Katastrophe, ich hatte Würmer dort ! Das Wandbett fürchterlich, das Bettlaken dort war so dreckig , ich habe auf der ausziehbaren Couch geschlafen, die allerdings total verschimmelt war im Bettkasten. Zum Glück hatte ich Decken und ein Kissen im Auto.

Helemaal niets. Het was zo verschrikkelijk en vuil dat we dezelfde avond terug naar huis zijn gegaan.

Für einen Wochenend trip mit wenig Zeit im Appartment.

Die Lage ist super und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist inordnung. Für einen kurzen Wochenendtrip war es gut.

An der Ausstattung könnte noch etwas gearbeitet werden und die Wände sollte renoviert werden.

Nie wieder dort hin.

Die Abreise.

Sie war dreckig, die Matratze hat geschimmelt, das Bad war schmutzig, die Küchenzeile war voll mit Haaren, Krümeln und sonst was. Es hat modrig gerochen und am liebsten wäre ich sofort wieder abgefahren.

Alles om het bij één keer te houden.

Sleutelkastje hing los ondersteboven en stond los, iedereen had er binnen kunnen komen Hygiëne viel zwaar te wensen over. Vies toilet en douche niet durven gebruiken. Bed een ramp door lawaai van vering, heb me niet durven draaien om mijn partner niet te storen.

Wohnung einen paar Hundert Meter vom Meer entfernt

Schmutziger Geschirr im Schrank, Schimmel im Bettkasten des Sofas und im Kühlschrank, Bettwäsche/Decken haben gestunken, extrem kalt mit Lüftung im Badezimmer im Dezember Saison (Mittelalter Modernität; Dusche kaputt), Internet hat nicht funktionniert. Gar kein Fenster. Eine Kochplatte nur hat funktioniert und dies nach sehr langer Warte Zeit. Der Eigentümer hat die Lage zugestimmt und uns eine Rückzahlung versprochen aber am Ende abgelehnt. Mit Hilfe von Booking haben wir doch etwas zurückbekommen. Wir sind normalerweise nicht anspruchsvoll aber es sind Grenze.

Het was ronduit verschrikkelijk! De slaapbank en matras van het uittrekbare zaten onder de schimmel!! Dit mag NOOIT meer verhuurd worden! Eigenaar en Booking.com schaam je!

Gefährlich

Der Herd funktionierte nicht. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter, sagte der uns, wir müssten eine Sicherung reindrehen. Dabei bekam mein Sohn (22 Jahre) einen Stromschlag. Das war alles so unangenehm, dass wir nach Hause fuhren und NICHT übernachteten. Beim Vorschlag an den Vermieter, die Hälfte der Kosten zurückzuüberweisen, erhielten wir keine Antwort mehr. Absolut unverantwortlich und gefährlich.
