The view was fantastic!!!!! The drive up the mountain was a bit unnerving at first, but ok. The signage and arrows definitely help with the trips up and down the mountain. Parking was easy access. We did not use the pool, but we did enjoy the view and relaxing setup of the outside common area, beautiful!!
Did not care for the very very low bed. Bed was comfortable enough, but it was a struggle to get our old bones out of lol

Very comfortable for my family and I. Had everything we could've needed. The scenery was breathtaking.
Only thing is a closer store.

The view was amazing. Unit was.clean and comfortable.
Drive up steep drive and no room for 2 cars especially if you have a large vehicle. View was amazing but no food close. We had to drive 8-10 miles for food. It would be great if there was a shuttle.service to drop us off in Gatlinburg. Reading when we booked i thought it was closer to town.

The views are incredible
Dirty pool, a pump was down. It is a small pool. And there were many people using it.
