It is a family house with two rooms in the back. We liked the entire family and the English speaking girl. Nice hard beds, small room with AC and toilet. We loved welcome with organic sapodillas (mudapples) freshly plucked from the tree!
Room size shown on booking.com is incorrect.

It’s a traditional style country house. I could see the owner’s family, and felt real life of them. In this house, four generations live together!!
In my room, wifi was so poor. I couldn’t use internet in my room. In the dining room, no problem.

Location is perfect, in the heart of Duong Lam village, a very short walk from all the sights. Fast wifi. Very clean and cozy. Quiet and peaceful! Free bottled water and ramen soup, electric kettle in room. Nonsmoking. Truly lovely host family.
No heat, no hot water. They were supplied, I was shown how to switch them on, but they did not work. Ant problem in the room I stayed in. Beds are futons low to the ground, not Western type mattresses (I don't mind, but description is misleading).
