This guest house has recently been lovingly renovated and has all new, comfortable, high-quality, decorator furishings. The room has gorgeous hardwood furniture and hardwood floor. The one bedroom features a new comfort mattress. It is spacious and very clean. Light and bright. Outside has a deck.

I would rent this property again,very clean, close to airport and shopping.Rudy was a pleasure to talk to,helpful and if a problem there to fix in a nick of time.

Girls trip from Portland to LA for some sun and fun. The apartment was spotless and easy to get to from airport. AC units in bed room and living room. Kitchen was stocked with dishes. There is a big Latino store on the corner which was perfect for snacks and drinks for the couple of days we were there. Store has hot deli if you are looking for traditional Mexican breakfast/lunch. There is also Chocolate Cafe a few blocks away. Probably drive versus walking.
A local at the grocery store suggested we take Metro to Santa Monica. Was great! We parked at station and took Metro into Santa Monica. Nice newer metro system and $3.50 for to/from.
Parking at apartment is little tight if you have larger car. The gate was never locked and resident in front said it was broken. We felt totally safe without it. Neighborhood is super quiet and vibe was lots of changes going on. Construction and updating to newer crowd moving in. Communication with owner was great!! Stay here if you want to be close to everything in LA! Can't wait to go bac.
