It has private parking. The lady is nice and polite.

In the kitchen it lives a mouse which of course will eat your stuff if you leave it out and also you can find its crap everywhere, also in the fridge. The room was full of ants. During the week some workers made a lot of noise on the property. You expect to relax when you are on holidays. You can also hear everything from the other apartment’s toilet.

The place is truly wonderful. It offers a bright and comfortable room with straight access to the green backyard with plenty of zones for chilling out. The room is big enough. There is new furniture that is just enough to accommodate a regular summer stay. There is a private bathroom and hot water never ends. The dining area is just front of the room under the shadow of large walnut tree. The kitchen is clean and the appliances are ready for plain cooking for yourself. Sparkling clean and well maintained guesthouse with more than expected quality of stay. The place is must-stop for everyone who is looking for great summer experience.

I prefer to have a glass instead of plastic mug in the room I miss the grill or bbq corner in the backyard

Rooms are cosy and clean.

The bathroom don't have real door. Mosquitoes can eat you alive in the evenings and the kitchen was not clean.
