Good location - but in need of a clean and maintenance
Location and price are good, nice sunny balcony with mountain view . Size for a family of 5 was fine, but for 8 people it would be cramped. Apartment itself was in need of a good clean and overall maintenance - broken cupboard doors (which were stored behind the sofa), shower doors which didn’t fully close, cracked toilet seat… Beds are not the most comfortable.

Trois Vallees is great, don't go to this appartment.
Location good near ski location and restaurants.
The appartment is old and outdated, not well maintained. The appartment is smal, smaller then expected (3 x 8,6 = 25,8 m2) The double bed is 1,40x1,90 m. The dishwasher can only be opened after moving the dinner table and chairs. There was mold in the bathroom. Curtains are damaged. The appartment is difficult to get to, you need two busy elevators, also outdated. Carpark to far away. We were only with two, can't imagine four people staying in this appartment.

Fantastic location for the price, walking distance to all of Meribel-Mottaret, ski-in & ski-out :)
Location is the best in Meribel-Mottaret, we thought. Can't get much better than taking two lifts down, grabbing your skis out of the provided locker, taking another 50 steps, clicking into your skis and skiing down to Plattieres, Combes, or Pas Du Lac 1.
The whole area smells of (what we deciphered to be) sulfur or old sewage pipes. We figured out that plugging the drains (sink, bathtub, kitchen sink) and closing the toilet lid dissipated the smells.

Great facilities and location but tricky to find reception desk with no sign.
Perfect location almost ski in ski out. Great facilities in the room. Fair priced. Chat on booking.com is responsive.
Be aware: 1) the reception deck is not close to the building and the name is completely different (it’s called La Pralin). I have to asked 4-5 local people to figure out where it is. 2) the reception only opens from 5PM! So if you arrive early no one will help you check in. 3) No hot water before 8:30AM in the morning. 4) we stayed for 8 days but the WIFI was only given for 7 days.
